The Resales Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting homeowners through the resale journey of their GemLife home. This role combines sales expertise with client relationship management to provide a seamless, professional, and personalised experience for both sellers and buyers within GemLife’s premium lifestyle resorts.

About the Role

As a Resales Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless and successful resale experiences for our homeowners and incoming residents. From property walk-throughs to contract management, your mission is to make the process professional, personalised, and stress-free for all parties.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Conduct walk-throughs and price appraisals for resale homes
  • Meet, greet, and build rapport with homeowners and prospective buyers
  • Host resale inspections and showcase the lifestyle and facilities of the resort
  • Represent Gem Realty at open days and events
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to buyers and sellers

Process & Documentation

  • Manage listing templates, resale offer forms, and Form 9 Authority to Act
  • Coordinate pre-settlement checks and inspections
  • Execute contracts and ensure legal and internal compliance

Communication & Teamwork

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders
  • Work closely with resort teams and head office
  • Keep CRM records up to date and accurate
  • Provide regular reporting on resale activity

Calendar & Lead Management

  • Organise appointments, buyer tours, open days, and follow-ups
  • Track lead engagement and sales progression via CRM

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven property sales experience – ideally in lifestyle, retirement, or residential real estate
  • Strong negotiation and documentation skills
  • Tech savvy: CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online communications
  • Understanding of QLD property legislation, including Form 9 processes
  • Current QLD Real Estate Licence could be advantageous
