With eight new resort sites launching in the second half of 2025 alone, we’re expanding our high-performing Drafting Team and looking for a Senior Residential Draftsperson who’s ready for more than just a job. As part of our Residential Drafting Team, you’ll deliver production plans, facades, and custom home layouts for our luxury over-50s resorts. But that’s just the beginning.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Draft accurate, high-quality floor plans, facades, and full construction drawing sets
• Take concepts through to full detailed documentation
• Create and maintain ArchiCAD templates and libraries
• Collaborate with design, construction, and engineering teams to bring ideas to life
• Solve layout challenges creatively and efficiently
• Work on one-off luxury custom homes and problem blocks that require creative thinking

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential drafting—ideally with a volume builder
• High proficiency in ArchiCAD (non-negotiable)
• Ability to take concepts through to full, build-ready documentation
• Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and local planning requirements
• Proven time management and task completion skills—you finish what you start
• Solid grasp of residential construction practices
• A team-first attitude and excellent communication skills
