We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Site Manager for our new $210 million, 276 home community in Kilcoy, north west Brisbane, 40 mins drive west from Caboolture.
The role will lead the building of our $13 million resident facilities including clubhouse and other resort facilities such as wellness centre, cinema, golf simulator, bar, pool and pickleball court — all designed and built to a premium finish.

About the Role:
As the Site Manager, you will take the lead coordinating a team of plant operators, labourers, and contractors to deliver exceptional commercial amenities on time while sticking to budgets. Quality and safety are never compromised on QA Build projects. You will have your own dedicated Contracts Administrator to work alongside for the duration of the project. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader who can make decisions easily, provide effective solutions, keep projects running smoothly, communicate well and spot potential challenges early.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Site planning and documentation preparedness
- Monitoring build progress and providing feedback reports
- Ensuring quality assurance and ITP compliance
- Maintaining accurate site diaries and visual records
- Managing defects and holding trades accountable
- Building team capability and ensuring compliance
- Leading and engaging your team to get the best out of them
- Running weekly coordination meetings and reporting to stakeholders
To be successful you must have:
- QBCC Supervisor License
- Extensive experience in Commercial Construction
- Proven background in managing sites efficiently
- Drivers license
- Trade background essential - carpentry is preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
