Digital Platform Specialist

Are you a tech-savvy, solutions-driven digital expert with a passion for CRM and marketing automation? GemLife is seeking a Digital Platform Specialist to lead the rollout and ongoing support of our Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud and Sprinklr platforms.

This role will see you working closely with our Sales and Marketing team, Digital Marketing Manager, and external implementation partners playing a pivotal role to transform our digital systems while streamlining customer engagement. You'll be at the heart of our digital evolution from discovery through to deployment, training and optimisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions to analyse current systems and shape new platform strategies
• Project manage the CRM and Marketing Cloud implementation
• Support internal teams with training and ensure strong user adoption
• Build insightful dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
• Cleanse and migrate data, ensuring system accuracy
• Develop and document business rules and automated workflows
• Promote best practices and innovative solutions across digital platforms

The successful candidate will have:

• Solid experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects, document systems, and solve problems efficiently
• Experience working alongside Sales and Marketing teams
• An eye for detail, and a passion for learning and improvement
• Salesforce certifications (highly regarded)
