Do you love connecting with people and making every conversation count? At GemLife, we’re looking for a proactive, personable, and energetic Client Relations Specialist to be the friendly voice of our Helensvale GemHub.
In this role, you’ll guide future homeowners who have already enquired with us through their GemLife journey with warmth, care, and professionalism. It’s more than customer service; it’s about building genuine relationships and ensuring every person feels valued, supported, and excited about what’s ahead.
What you’ll be doing
- Picking up the phone and chatting with future homeowners who’ve shown interest in GemLife
- Responding to enquiries and sharing all the details that make our resorts so special
- Helping future homeowners book tours of our beautiful resorts
- Handling calls, emails, and live chats with a smile in your voice
- Resolving enquiries quickly, professionally, and with a personal touch
- Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date (so nothing falls through the cracks)
- Following up to make sure clients are happy and well-informed
- Teaming up with your colleagues to deliver a seamless experience
About You
You’re warm, upbeat, and naturally curious about people. You love connecting, listening, and finding solutions - even on busy days. If you're proactive and take initiative but also enjoy being part of a supportive team, this is the role for you!
What you bring:
- Experience in customer service or client relations
- Clear, confident, and friendly communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while being a true team player
- Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce a bonus!)
- High school diploma or equivalent (extra qualifications a plus)
