Commercial Site Manager

Are you an experienced Commercial Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality, luxury-built environments? Our Elimbah development is underway, and we are seeking a driven Site Manager to lead the delivery of premium communal facilities within our award-winning over-50s lifestyle communities.

As the Site Manager, you will take the lead coordinating a team of plant operators, labourers, and contractors to deliver exceptional commercial amenities on time while sticking to budgets. QA Build ensures quality and safety is not compromised on our projects. You will have your own dedicated Contracts Administrator to work alongside for the duration of the project. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader who can make decisions easily, provide effective solutions, keep projects running smoothly, communicate well and spot potential challenges early.

Your responsibilities are:

• Site planning and documentation readiness
• Monitoring build progress and providing feedback reports
• Ensuring quality assurance and ITP compliance
• Maintaining accurate site diaries and visual records
• Managing defects and driving trade accountability
• Building team capability and ensuring compliance
• Leading, mentoring, and developing site teams
• Running weekly coordination meetings and reporting to stakeholders

 To be successful you must have:

• QBCC Supervisor Licence
• Extensive experience in Commercial Construction
• Proven background in managing sites efficiently
• Drivers licence
• Trade background essential - carpentry is preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
