We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Customer Support & Scheduling Coordinator to become an essential part of our Energy Department. About the Role

In this central operations role, you’ll work closely with our Project Manager, electrical field team, and subcontractors to keep schedules running smoothly, support onboarding, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your ability to stay one step ahead, coordinate moving parts, and communicate clearly will keep our projects on track and our clients informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily scheduling and job creation in Simpro
  • Provide support to field staff, including leave and training updates, and daily calendar management
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and maintain accurate training records
  • Be the first point of contact for clients regarding service jobs, invoicing, and general enquiries
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry across Simpro and CRM systems
  • Manage inbox and phone enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Support financial administration including processing POs, checking invoices, and preparing weekly reports
  • Contribute to process improvement and help refine workflows across the department

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in high-level administration or coordination roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Simpro or similar service management software (advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of operational and financial administration
  • Background in the Energy or Electrical sector (desirable, not essential)
