Roving Gardener

Join Our Garden & Grounds Team – Bribie Island + Northern Brisbane sites

Do you love the outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces? We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Gardener/Landscaper to help keep our GemLife resorts looking their best. You'll enjoy variety, autonomy, and working across premium resort environments while being part of a supportive, hands-on team.  

In this role, you will be based out of our Bribie Island resort and will support the maintenance of gardens and outdoor areas across our Bribie, Elimbah, Moreton Bay, and Beachmere sites.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Caring for established gardens and grounds
• Assisting resort teams to keep outdoor areas immaculate, safe and inviting
• Travelling between resort locations to support different Resort Managers
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards
