Reporting to our General Manager Sales, you'll own and lead the national resale strategy - driving marketing, listings, conversion performance and team growth across our resort network. You'll also lead and mentor a growing team of Resale Specialists, building capability and performance at scale. We're looking for someone to partner with our Resort Managers, Sales and Development teams to understand the needs within our resorts and ensuring strong relationships are built with residents, positioning GemLife as their trusted resale partner.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and grow a high-performing national team of Resales Specialists
- Accelerate listing acquisition, conversion and overall sales performance
- Increase internal resale market share and commission revenue
- Shape and deliver a premium end-to-end vendor experience
- Lead resale marketing strategy in partnership with marketing and digital teams
- Activate database, campaigns and GemLife App resale integration
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with residents and position GemLife as the trusted resale partner of choice.
- Develop reporting, forecasting and performance metrics to drive results
- Partner closely with Resort Managers, Sales and Development teams to unlock opportunities early
To be successful you'll have:
- A real estate background with proven leadership experience
- Queensland real estate licence (desirable but not essential)
- Exceptional relationship building, communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience in lifestyle, retirement or residential property sectors
- A strong background using CRMs and reporting capability
