GemLife is currently seeking a Construction Site Coordinator who will provide administrative and coordination support across multiple construction sites, ensuring consistent processes, accurate documentation, and smooth site operations are met.

As a Construction Site Coordinator you'll be the key link between head office and site teams, managing ordering, scheduling, registers, meetings, and compliance activities to support efficient site setup and ongoing delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all site administration orders (stationery, amenities, cleaning, BBQs) across active sites.
- Maintain site registers and records, ensuring information is current, accurate, and audit‑ready.
- Schedule and track inspections, settlements, and key construction milestones.
- Prepare and manage monthly construction meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow‑ups.
- Develop and improve simple, practical site administration procedures that can be easily followed.
- Act as the central head office contact for site administration requests and process support.
- Planned travel across multiple sites will be required on occasion, including the requirement for overnight stay (limited).
To be successful you must:
- Be highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines at once.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn construction processes and systems as you go.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably construction.
- Confident communicating with site teams and head office.
