What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting our national portfolio by:

  • Managing customer accounts and proactively monitoring debtor reports
  • Confidently following up outstanding debts and resolving invoice or receipting queries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Partnering closely with Finance, Trade, Corporate teams and Park Managers to resolve payment issues and escalations
  • Performing accurate reconciliations across AR records, bank statements, and GL entries
  • Continuously improving and maintaining procedural documentation
  • Contributing to a high-performing, supportive finance team culture

This is more than collections — it’s about building strong internal relationships and driving operational excellence.

 

What You Bring

  • Proven Accounts Receivable experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Strong knowledge of credit control, collections, and financial analysis
  • A sharp analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel capability and experience with accounting systems (Workday highly regarded)
  • Experience with PMS platforms such as RMS or Newbook (desirable)
  • Outstanding communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
