The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, this role will lead large-scale seasonal recruitment campaigns across the G’day Group’s multi-site Hospitality portfolio. This is a true senior-level recruitment role requiring expertise, resilience, creativity and the ability to operate confidently within a complex, high-volume operational environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading high-volume seasonal recruitment campaigns across multiple remote sites
- Sourcing candidates for roles including General Managers, Assistant Managers, Chefs and key hospitality staff
- Proactively building talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium and ATS databases
- Attracting, screening, interviewing and reference-checking candidates
- Overseeing contract requests, compliance processes and CRM/talent pipeline management
- Supporting internal mobility initiatives
- Contributing to recruitment activity for new remote Hospitality acquisitions
- Delivering strong reporting, workforce insights and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
This role requires true senior-level recruitment capability, with proven experience managing high-volume recruitment in a complex operational environment. You are confident managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality, pace and professionalism.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven experience within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment function (Hospitality or Retail experience highly regarded)
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting quality candidates in competitive markets
- Strong project management and reporting capability
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
- A proactive, energetic and self-starting approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- A strong work ethic, drive to succeed and commitment to delivering outstanding hiring outcomes
