The Role

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? As the face of our Support Office, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm, professional first impression for our guests and team members. Reporting directly to the Employee Experience Manager, this role blends Reception duties with customer service across Discovery Parks’ Support Office.

This is a diverse opportunity for someone who loves being at the heart of the action—balancing organisation, communication, and problem-solving while keeping the office running smoothly.

We’re seeking an energetic team player who thrives on connecting with people, can juggle competing priorities with ease, and enjoys making a real difference every day.

  • Sharp attention to detail and a knack for streamlining processes
  • Initiative, curiosity, and a drive to continually improve the way we work

If you’re passionate, proactive, and ready to bring positivity and efficiency to a fast-paced team, we’d love to hear from you. Join us at Discovery Parks and be part of a supportive culture where your contribution really matters.
