Your Experience

You’ll bring relevant tertiary qualifications and a sharp analytical mind, with proven skills in SQL, data visualisation, and commercial acumen. With hands-on experience as a Marketing Analyst, you know how to turn data into insight and insight into action—helping teams make smarter, faster decisions. You’re used to supporting campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance tracking, and you understand how marketing metrics tie back to broader business goals.

You have a strong grasp of marketing attribution—whether that’s first touch, last touch, or multi-touch models—and know how to interpret and communicate the role each channel plays in driving conversions. You’ve worked across various digital and offline data sources, stitching together customer journeys to measure impact and optimise spend. Your insights help marketing and product teams better understand ROI, refine strategies, and double down on what works.

You’ve got a knack for identifying customer segments, optimising digital experiences, supporting CRM and campaign performance, and enhancing attribution models. You’ll play a key role in shaping how data informs decision-making across the business—ensuring our insights are timely, relevant, and aligned with customer needs and business goals.

You’ll be deeply involved in integrating insights into the product and marketing cycle, helping us stay one step ahead by supporting innovation that actually resonates with our audience. We move fast, and you’ll thrive in that pace—bringing a mix of precision, strategic thinking, and a commitment to high standards, compliance, and performance.

Curiosity is second nature to you. You’re self-motivated, flexible, and all about the detail—but you also know how to zoom out and keep the bigger picture in mind. You’re naturally upbeat, collaborative, and able to juggle multiple stakeholder needs with a calm, can-do attitude. That open, energetic style? It’ll fit right in with our culture.
