Your New Role

As the Operator Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for onboarding tour operators and accommodation partners into the Book Australia (Australia) and Bookit (New Zealand) affiliate network. You will manage a high-volume onboarding pipeline while maintaining high-quality listing standards through structured, process-driven workflows. You will also conduct operator audits and partner with the sales team to drive revenue and ensure exceptional partner experience.

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey — Be the go-to specialist connecting tour operators and accommodation partners to the Book Australia & Bookit affiliate networks, managing high-volume pipelines without compromising on quality.
  • Bring your technical toolkit — Leverage hands-on expertise with channel managers (SiteMinder, RMS, Newbook) and tour reservation systems (Rezdy, FareHarbor) to configure inventory, troubleshoot integrations, and drive real-time booking connectivity.
  • Keep things sharp and data-driven — Conduct regular partner audits, optimise listings with compelling content, accurate pricing, and availability, and use CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho or equivalent) to track progress and reporting.
  • Bridge the gap between tech and people — Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, join warm client calls, and engage a diverse range of business and technology stakeholders with confidence, energy, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Drive continuous improvement — Take initiative in refining onboarding processes, suggesting enhancements based on partner metrics, and shaping a best-in-class partner experience across Australia and New Zealand's leading travel networks.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in operator onboarding, SaaS customer onboarding, channel manager integration, or technical account management within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Hands-on proficiency with channel manager systems (SiteMinder, RMS, Newbook) and tour operator reservation systems (Rezdy, FareHarbor or similar), with the ability to configure and troubleshoot with confidence.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho or equivalent) to manage onboarding interactions, follow-ups, and reporting across a high-volume pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage credibly across a broad range of business and technology stakeholders at all levels.
  • A highly organised, self-motivated, and energetic approach — with strong initiative, attention to detail, and a naturally upbeat style that aligns with G'day Group's collaborative culture.
