Your New Role

You will play a critical role in designing, implementing and maintaining secure, reliable and scalable infrastructure services across cloud platforms and Microsoft 365, enabling business operations and strategic initiatives

• Architect & deliver Azure cloud solutions: design scalable, secure infrastructure aligned to best practice; drive automation using IaC (Bicep/Terraform) and lead cloud transformation initiatives
• Own complex technical support & incident resolution: 3rd-line escalation for infrastructure, M365, identity (Entra ID) and endpoint management; perform root cause analysis and implement lasting fixes
• Operate & optimise hybrid environments: manage Azure networking (VNETs, peering), on-premises integration, backup/DR systems and ensure high availability across all platforms
• Champion security & compliance: partner with Cyber team on hardening, monitoring and preventive controls; enforce governance, access management (Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot) and disaster recovery readiness
• Enable the modern workplace: deliver seamless M365 experiences (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune); maintain quality documentation and collaborate with leadership on enterprise IT strategy

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience leading infrastructure or cloud operations, with deep expertise in Azure and Microsoft 365 administration, working knowledge of legacy systems including domain controllers and databases.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid environments; expert in Active Directory/Entra ID and legacy services such as RADIUS/NPS.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform) and automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python). Experience with Azure Automation and Logic Apps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong ITIL knowledge across Incident, Change and Problem Management. High attention to detail and quality documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Exposure to support of Linux workloads would be advantageous.
