Your Opportunity

As the successful candidate, you will have demonstrated experience in:

  • Detecting fraudulent transactions via daily monitoring and actioning matters with necessary urgency
  • Investigation and reporting procedures in compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Customer support in potential and actual fraud situations, including complaint management
  • Review of actions and environment to drive recommendations that continuously enhance fraud controls
  • Complying with relevant regulatory obligations and utilising technologies for accurate record keeping

Your Profile

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and customer focussed with a sound understanding of relevant legislation. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, along with a high attention to detail will be key attributes to your success. Exceptional communication skills enhance your efforts to protect and support our customers in navigating potential and actual fraudulent activities on a daily basis, whilst effectively handling challenging scenarios. You thrive in a busy, results-focussed environment, demonstrating motivation to work effectively in a team environment and independently where needed. Flexible to work a rotating roster with a span of hours of 8am – 6pm.
