About the Role
Project Administrator
As part of our Project Administration team, you will play a key role in supporting Project Managers and project teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Key Duties
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording and distributing accurate meeting minutes
- Provide high-quality administrative support to project teams, including managing project-related correspondence
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders, acting as a key contact for administrative enquiries
- Format, proofread, and prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Support the document control function (as required), under the guidance of Senior/Lead Document Controllers
- Assist in maintaining document control systems to ensure effective management, organisation, and retrieval of project records
- Demonstrate an understanding of document control principles, including revision control and approval workflows
- Show flexibility to take on new tasks, learn new systems, and support both administrative and document control activities as needed

Key Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a project administration or similar support role; exposure to document control is highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools and systems is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
