About the Role

People & Culture Business Partner

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture (APAC) you will provide generalist HR advice and support to the APAC region stakeholders across various matters throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation

The role is offered on a permanent basis at our Perth CBD office

Key duties

  • Execute processes across multiple areas of People & Culture and the employee life cycle, including onboarding, learning and employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, records administration, employee relations, resource planning, and organisational change
  • Advising employees and line leaders on the interpretation, and application of internal policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with HR standards
  • Advising managers and employees on a wide range of P&C related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances
  • Collaborate with other members of the P&C team to develop and implement P&C initiatives and programs

 You will have

  • Tertiary Degree in Human Resources/Business or related field, and/or equivalent business experience
  • AHRI membership - Desirable
  • 3 years demonstrated experience in a HR generalist role
  • Experience or exposure to Dayforce or similar HR platform
  • Knowledge of Fair Work and Employment Legislation
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Outcome focused working style
