The Role:

Join our team as a People & Culture Coordinator, supporting a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role offers broad exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, compliance, reporting, and process improvement while partnering with leaders across the business. We’re seeking someone who is organised, service-oriented and confident working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment legislation, and best-practice standards.
  • Manage onboarding activities, including new starter documentation, inductions, and system access.
  • Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and Talent Management System
  • Support employee lifecycle administration, including employee records management.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and prepare reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate visa and immigration requirements to ensure compliance and timely processing.
  • Maintain LMS records and monitor completion of mandatory training requirements.
  • Support compliance with employment legislation, policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
  • Manage the People & Culture shared inbox and respond to employee and manager enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Build positive working relationships with employees, leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist with People & Culture programs, initiatives, and projects.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across HR systems, processes, and employee experiences.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards at all times.

About You:

You are a confident and highly organised individual who enjoys supporting people and delivering outstanding service. You have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a similar People & Culture role.
  • An understanding of Fair Work legislation, employment practices, and Award interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively while managing competing priorities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
