About the Role:

We currently have an opportunity for an ambitious Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our established team based in Brisbane. Working alongside our highly successful and dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to refine your skills across a variety of large and exciting projects.

Our Engineering Leaders are hands on and involved in guiding our multi-disciplined engineering and design teams. You'll have direct exposure to their expertise and mentorship, giving you a solid foundation to build your career on!

Brief Duties

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer with DRA Global, you'll have the chance to work on a range projects with clients based in Australia as well as internationally. You will be responsible for supporting our highly skilled team with duties including but not limited to:

• Participate in the calculations and design of mineral processing plants
• Assist the project team with research, testing and other related tasks
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop and implement electrical systems
• Preparation of reports and presentations to relevant stakeholders

 About You

• Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical (prior to commencement)
• An interest in mining and minerals processing industry
• A high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn, with the ability to listen and take direction
• Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Be willing to keep our Millennials, Gen X and Boomers up to speed with all things 'slay'
