About the Role
Project Administrator
Reporting to the Project Director and the wider multi-disciplinary team you will provide administrative tasks and project coordination to facilitate the timely delivery of project milestones.
The role is offered on an initial 6-month max term or casual contract, ending July 2026.
Key duties
- Provide all round administrative support, including documentation formatting and the management of project related correspondence and communications
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes to ensure effective communication and collaboration amongst project team members
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other external stakeholders, serving as a primary contact for project administrative enquiries and requests
You will have
- Cert III or IV Business - Desirable
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong experience and efficiency across MS office suite
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Technical writing and reviewing capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
