Your Role

There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you will be working on, day-to-day;

End to End Campaign Execution:

  • Build and manage digital campaigns across email (including Always On and On Demand), push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and webhooks/APIs using Braze.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design journey flows, audience segments, and personalization strategies.
  • Understand targeting segments and creative variations within campaigns.
  • Ensure timely deployment of campaigns.
  • Set up A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize message content, timing, and channel strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot any delivery or tracking issues.
  • Maintain best digital campaign practices and documentation.
  • Ensure best practice processes are followed from scoping through to execution.
  • Provide exceptional quality check, proofing and assurance on all offer and data inputs in accordance with process and briefing instructions.
  • Ownership of all campaign activity with the email platform and offer management system.
  • End to end operational campaign coordination across all internal teams.
  • Ensure all personalization and dynamic elements are executed as per brief and tested.

Project Management:

  • Scope and manage requirements with stakeholders.
  • Brief internal teams on requirements and timelines.
  • Keeps stakeholders up to date with progress and timelines.
  • Set up offers and manage end to end testing of the campaign.
  • Look for continuous improvements from a process and design perspective, execute test and learn strategies and analyse results.

Your Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Braze.
  • End-to-End experience with building and managing digital campaigns (Emails or across other channels including Web, App, Social and Display is also desirable.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong Marketing tech background.
  • Hands-on experience with segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and journey orchestration.
  • Comfortable working with JSON, Liquid, and other personalization/templating languages.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of APIs, data tagging, and mobile marketing best practices is a plus.
  • Previous roles such as Email Campaign Specialist, Digital Campaign Coordinator, Email Specialist or similar Digital roles
  • Experienced or have knowledge with Agile ways of working is an advantage.
  •  Braze Certified (desirable)
  • Experience with complementary tools (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Snowflake, Postman) (desirable)
  • Experience handling data, event tracking, data ingestion, and audience creation (desirable)
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
