Your Role

We’re looking for an inspiriting,  strategic and execution-focused Senior Go-To-Market Manager to lead go-to-market efforts within a cross-functional experience squad. This role is truly member focused; responsible for owning go-to-market activities, crafting positioning and value propositions, and lifecycle campaigns that support member engagement and growth. 

​You’ll work closely with Product, Product Design Engineering and Partner Success to ensure key program experiences resonate with our members, driving member engagement, partner value, and commercial outcomes. . 

The key areas of accountability in the role are:

  • Define and lead the GTM strategy your squad experiences and products, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and growth activities 
  • Build and execute targeted retention and loyalty programmes, measuring their impact on member satisfaction and business outcomes. 
  • Take ownership for understanding, member comprehension and optimisation of the member journey.
  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities at each stage of the lifecycle, using data-driven insights to inform strategy.
  • Develop and implement campaigns and initiatives that enhance the member experience and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Use insights to translate and build the member journey  lifecycle to uncover friction points and growth opportunities and design solutions that address key moments of truth in the member experience and present those findings to the Leadership Collective on a regular cadence.  
  • Act as the marketing lead within your experience squad, contributing to sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product development discussions. Silos don’t exsist at Flybuys and continuous collaboration is critical for success.  
  • Leverage member data, market research, and competitor analysis to inform GTM planning. 
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and partner channels to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement. 
  • Communicate marketing strategy and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with data and insight. 
  • Collaborate with other squads and central teams to ensure consistency in messaging and leverage shared learnings. 

Your Experience

  • 7+ years in marketing, with a focus on GTM product, or growth marketing roles. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • Experience or the ability to mentor Junior and other Business Analysts where applicable. 
  • Industry certification in Agile and Business Analysis (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe, CBAP). 
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer growth and engagement through targeted lifecycle marketing initiatives 
  • Developed and executed GTM and lifecycle plans that successfully penetrated new markets, segments or drove change in customer behaviour. 
  • Thrives in a complex and dynamic environment with a proven ability to manage shifting priorities and influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders 
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with using data and insights to inform GTM strategy development and decision-making. 
  • Proven ability to lead marketing strategy from concept to execution. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
