Your Role

There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you will be working on, day-to-day;

• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that are identified through the analysis process.
• Work closely with Product Manager to breakdown the Business priorities into detailed requirements.
• Manage requirements across Platform team and flex squads
• Liase with internal and external stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Perform data analysis to make informed decisions by stakeholders.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment on project goals
• Contributing to the standardization of software development processes.
• Analysing and modelling business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Working with IT teams to implement solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Participating in the testing and validation of new systems and processes.
• Any other accountability or deliverable as assigned from time to time by management

Your Experience

• Demonstrated experience delivering BA and test artifacts aligned to BABOK and Agile methodologies with 5+ years Business Analysis experience.
• Experience working in data projects or any other technical projects
• Ability to work with dispersed and diverse agile technology teams to deliver continuous value for our customers
• Strong communicator and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills, proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience working in complex data environments.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant delivery applications i.e. BPM tools, Office suite, Jira / confluence.
• Strong level of flexibility with a strong ability to lead others successfully through cultural, process, system and transformational change.
• Industry certification in Agile and Business Analysis (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe, CBAP).
• Tertiary qualification in Business and/or Information Technology.
• Understanding process modelling techniques and tools to analyse and improve business processes is essential.
• Skills in capturing, documenting, tracking, and managing requirements using tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL), database concepts, and understanding of how systems work is beneficial.
• Effective communication is vital for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• The ability to analyse complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions is essential.
• The ability to work concurrently on multiple initiatives
• Innovative tendencies and can communicate the value of your ideas.
• A track record of strategic thinking and ability to deliver.
