Your Role

The Platform Manager is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our core offer platforms (e.g. Braze, Adobe), ensuring they are scalable, secure, and strategically aligned with business goals. This role blends platform stewardship with elements of technical platform management, focusing on both the health of the platform and the delivery of value-driven features and capabilities. 

Working closely with the Senior Manager – Campaign Experience, Technology, product, and member experience, this role drives roadmap planning, technical enablement, and cross-team collaboration to ensure the platform meet the evolving needs of member engagement, personalisation, and loyalty programs. 

Key Areas of accountability

  • Own the technical vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of member engagement platforms
  • Maintain platform documentation, governance, and usage standards
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and ongoing technical health
  • Manage vendor escalations, technical support and platform upgrades
  • Translate business needs into platform features, enhancements, and integrations
  • Execute on product vision and roadmap defined by the Senior Product Manager
  • Prioritise backlog items and support delivery of new capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define technical requirements
  • Evaluate new features and drive platform optimisation
  • Work closely with product, data, engineering, partner success, and member experience teams to align on platform technical use cases
  • Act as the primary contact for platform-related queries, issues and technical features
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog grooming across the team
  • Drive user onboarding, training, and platform adoption across teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improvements
  • Monitor KPIs and recommended continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay informed about platform updates, trends, and features

Your Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with core platforms (namely Adobe Campaign, Braze, Hightouch and Snowflake)
  • Background in martech, CRM, and loyalty ecosystems
  • Experience in technical product management and platform ownership
  • Familiarity with APIs, customer data models, and integration patterns
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and documentation
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery
  • Technical and strategic thinking
  • Stakeholder management and influencing
  • Requirement gathering and backlog prioritisation
  • Platform governance and vendor coordination
  • Ability to translate between business and technical audiences
