Your Role

As the Partner Success Lead, you will drive customer loyalty for some of the most recognisable brands in Australia.

Here are some of the things you will be working on, day-to-day;

Performance Marketing: 

  • Understand the objectives of our partners and identify opportunities for Flybuys to support through the development of aligned KPI’s.  
  • Develop of strategic marketing plans, using data & insight to drive outcomes that deliver value for members, partners & Flybuys. 
  • Use ongoing learnings to drive partner marketing activity to deliver optimum ROI.   
  • Conduct ongoing performance reviews to ensure Flybuys activity is delivering to agreed outcomes and these are being optimised on a quarterly basis (or as required). 

Partner Management: 

  • Foster strong working relationship with Partner stakeholders to present recommendations to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. 
  • Ensure seamless Flybuys service to stakeholders through alignment with Finance, Analytics, Customer, Legal and Operations counterparts. 
  • Management of the overall partner relationship, including commercial and contractual obligations. 
  • Lead/support adjacent projects or initiatives related to partner loyalty as required, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver. 

Data Strategy and Execution: 

  • Utilise the data and insight available to identify future strategic opportunities for both Flybuys and our partners. 
  • Work closely with the analytics team to prioritise partner data requirements across the portfolio.  

Your Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver ROI through the execution of digital marketing activity. 
  • A strong and successful partner/account management background. 
  • A commercial and business acumen with a financial understanding, to enable interpretation of performance. 
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with an ability to multi-task to tight and conflicting deadlines. 
  • Proven experience in liaising autonomously at all levels, influencing and driving outcomes with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Highly developed communications and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a small team.
