About the Role

If you’re a genuine hunter who loves face‑to‑face selling, this role puts you back on the road meeting clients and closing deals. You’ll walk into warm, pre‑qualified appointments generated by a strong in‑house marketing and lead‑gen team, while also building out your own pipeline.

If you’ve sold telco, PABX, SaaS, IT asset management, or tech solutions—or even worked in high‑activity recruitment—you’ll click with the model fast. It’s classic solution selling with serious earning potential.

With a base salary of $80K–$120K and an uncapped commission structure (top performers $400K–$450K+), this is built for high‑energy new‑business operators who love the chase.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Closing warm, confirmed appointments already booked for you

• Prospecting and building your own new‑business pipeline

• Managing the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract

• Presenting tailored print, document, and communication solutions

• Working with internal marketing, finance, IT and technical teams — everything is done in‑house

• Operating within a direct, no‑nonsense, old‑school sales culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven new‑business hunter — not an account farmer

• Background in telco, PABX, SaaS, IT, technology sales, or high‑volume recruitment

• Confident, articulate, and well‑presented — you’ll be in front of decision‑makers daily

• Driven, competitive, and highly goal‑focused

• Comfortable working to monthly revenue targets

• Australian Citizen or PR + current driver’s licence

• Prefers a polished, old‑school approach and thrives on autonomy
