Machine Operator - Print

About the role

We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in the label printing space.

This is a hands-on role operating flexographic printing equipment, working within a stable production team. The role would suit either an experienced print operator or a strong machine operator looking to step into a specialist area.

• $75,000 – $85,000 + super (flexible for the right candidate)

Hours

Monday–Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm

Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing machinery
• Load materials, inks, plates and dies
• Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met
• Carry out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Work to daily production targets
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

About you

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in flexographic or label printing
• The ability to run machinery with minimal supervision

We are also open to:

• Machine operators from manufacturing backgrounds (e.g. food, packaging, production)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
