Job Description
Our client, a leading beverage company, is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic Manager with solid Maintenance experience. Specifically, we are seeking an individual who is able to handle the following responsibilities:
1) Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities, including analyzing equipment needs and reliability issues and develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs
2) Ensure the assigned maintenance crew regularly reviews the action plan required to progress toward achieving the maintenance goals and objectives and guide any remedial action required
3) Deliver on day-to-day requirements of an approved CMMS program and within capital and operating budget requirements
4) Work collaboratively with the Production Team to ensure the company’s key initiatives are achieved while fully utilizing the CMMS program
5) Supervise the assigned crew seeking to optimize uptime and productivity on all equipment and systems
6) Manage employee relations by coaching, mentoring, and training each individual to reflect core values
7) Contribute to the company’s positive relationships with vendors to meet maintenance and production objectives and foster effective long-term relationships with key suppliers
8) Provide training and oversight in safety-related functions
9) Work as an advocate and overseer of safety by ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, especially by enforcing all GMPs and all food safety laws and regulations
10) Participate in the company’s safety team
Critical Requirements
1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
2) Recent experience in the beverage industry is strongly preferred
3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in maintenance management
