Process Improvement Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the food service industry. One of our clients wants to add a strong Process Improvement Manager to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals

2) Evaluate existing business processes

3) Determine and outline business process improvements

4) Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders

5) Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives

6) Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes and adjust them, as needed

7) Guide and supervise personnel who were assigned a specific task

8) Perform ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs and time management

9) Present progress reports and integrate feedback

10) Revise and update procedures and policies

11) Identity and manage resources for process improvement projects

12) Assist in planning and executing process improvement projects

13) Provide support and guidance to the team, when needed

14) Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality

15) Assist in developing process improvement policies and infrastructure

16) Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements

17) Train resources in process improvement techniques

18) Monitor process performance and improvements in key metrics

19) Work with the Management Team to define the short and long-term objectives and potential gains

20) Assist in determining project scope and schedule based on business needs and customer requirements

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the food service industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in process improvement management
