Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Description

Our client, a leading produce company, is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. If you have the required experience and are up for a challenge, this could be a great opportunity for you. Responsibilities include:

1) Prepare financial reporting packages for internal management and external stakeholders

2) Prepare budgets and forecasts

3) Prepare financial analysis for internal improvement projects

4) Maintain master data and ensure data integrity

5) Manage the FPA Team for farm-related activity

6) Evaluate previous budgets and expenditures to develop and implement future budgets

7) Perform ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making

8) Comply with the company’s policies and procedures

9) Perform other duties as assigned

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the produce industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in financial analysis
