Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Description

We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the ingredients industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Senior Manager of FP&A to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Perform analysis to drive and lead change across all aspects of the company's business, but also Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and other functions as needed

2) Extract insights from data and effectively use images, charts, and conceptual frameworks to synthesize that data

3) Develop actionable recommendations

4) Create and deliver professional presentations to senior leadership

5) Collaborate with the company's colleagues across functions and regions in implementing solutions

6) Drive continuous process improvement within Finance and across all ASR processes

7) Support the company's annual budget process, including a detailed evaluation of all budget plans, budget compilation, and final presentation

8) Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained

9) Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the ingredients industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in accounting

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
