Job Description
We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the baked goods industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Maintenance Manager to their team. Responsibilities include:
1) Manage maintenance projects and oversee the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of bakery production equipment and other related functions
2) Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations
3) Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
4) Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards
5) Create and implement maintenance procedures
6) Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
7) Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
8) Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures
9) Perform other duties as assigned
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the baked goods industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in maintenance management
