Job Description


A brilliant opportunity exists for an outstanding individual capable of fitting into this very rewarding Web Specialist role. Our client, a leading food equipment company, is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. If you’re dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities include:


1) Optimize and maintain branded eCommerce websites and support marketing and promotional plans

2) Develop and execute site strategies from conception through execution and preserve site and brand standards and in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies

3) Maintain and update website content leveraging search engine optimization tactics to drive reach

4) Manage maintenance and technical support in a timely manner

5) Monitor site performance, troubleshoot and correct technical issues, make additions and modifications to the websites and work with agency and internal teams to resolve issues as they arise

6) Monitor and manage online product assortments to visually assist consumers throughout the purchasing lifecycle

7) Manage website analytics and reporting

8) Identify opportunities for site, merchandising and usability improvements

9) Plan and execute site revisions

10) Perform site functionality and usability testing in various web browsers and operating systems

11) Identify and resolve broken links, assist in testing new and evolved site functionality before launch

12) Manage and execute monthly sweepstakes for brand portfolio


Critical Requirements


1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the food equipment industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in web development

Compensation and Other Details


Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
