Job Description
Our client, a leading nutraceutical company, is currently seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:
1) Oversee day-to-day production and quality activities for a manufacturer of vitamin, mineral and herbal dietary supplements
2) Oversee daily activities of Warehouse and Administrative staff, including supervision of production lines, blending and processing activities, raw material purchasing and receiving
3) Implement procedures for all aspects of quality control, including specifying, purchasing, receiving, manufacturing, warehousing and shipping
4) Conduct research and development of new products, product lines, improve current product lines and competitive label products for in-house production
5) Oversee facility maintenance and construction
6) Adhere to FDA, EPA, OSHA and other regulatory agencies methodologies, report format and quality programs
7) Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
8) Comply with company’s policies and procedures
9) Perform other duties as assigned
Critical Requirements
1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
2) Recent experience in the nutraceutical industry is strongly preferred
3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in manufacturing management

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
