We have an exciting opportunity for you to work with EyrePlus in the delivery of Community Development Program (CDP), an Australian Government funded Programme, managed by Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet for Far West Region of South Australia.

The Opportunity

The Administration / CDP Support role plays a crucial part in providing confidential, high-quality, and respectful reception and administrative support services to our diverse clientele and internal staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Additionally, the role involves meticulous documenting and record-keeping, efficient office management, and supervision of office supplies. The incumbent will also contribute to the establishment and maintenance of efficient work practices and processes, aligning with the standards set forth by the Community Development Program..

To be considered for the position, you will need to;

  • Provide confidential reception and administrative support services
  • Manage correspondence and organize files
  • Schedule appointments and handle phone calls
  • Document and maintain records
  • Manage office supplies and office space
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of efficient work practices and processes
  • Ensure compliance with Community Development Program requirements

What sets you apart: 

  • Experience in providing administrative support
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and working as part of a team. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the use of a range of software applications (e.g. MS Office programs). 
  • Strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
  • Drivers License
