The Communications Officer supports the delivery of Evoenergy’s day to day communications and campaigns. The role focuses on creating content, coordinating communications across channels and supporting initiatives that keep customers and stakeholders informed.

Reporting to the Manager Communications and Engagement and working closely with the Strategic Communications Advisor, the role provides tactical expertise across a range of communication activities.

This position contributes to developing effective communication plans, campaigns and tactics aligned with organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate accurate and consistent day‑to‑day internal and external communications across all channels, including content creation and digital scheduling.
  • Develop and deliver engaging content such as articles, reports, publications, mixed media and web materials to support key initiatives and projects.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of communications channels and tactics, while supporting issues and crisis communications as required.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated communication strategies, champion organisational culture, and participate in the on‑call roster as needed.
