Evoenergy is looking for a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail to join their Embedded Generation Team as an Embedded Generation Technical Administration Officer.
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive team member with strong administrative experience, including data entry, processing, and working with customer information or billing systems. In this role, you’ll utilise your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support both internal stakeholders and customers while managing and reconciling data—particularly using Microsoft Excel. You’ll draw on your analytical mindset to interpret results, solve problems, and ensure accuracy in all tasks. An understanding of regulatory or compliance environments, including the National Electricity Market (NEM) or National Energy Customer Framework (NECF), is valuable, and experience with large systems such as Gentrack Velocity or SAP will be highly regarded.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand and apply regulatory and compliance obligations relevant to Evoenergy’s DNSP functions, including staying updated on changes.
- Deliver work aligned with key regulatory bodies and standards (e.g., UTR, NER, AER, AEMO, Access Canberra, Australian and ISO Standards).
- Support customers with embedded generation, including invoicing notifications and providing advice in both written and verbal form.
- Manage and maintain data and reporting, particularly for PV solar and battery installations, through accurate data collection, entry, and reconciliation.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships, provide general administrative support, and model Evoenergy’s cultural principles and safety behaviours.
- Other duties within the employee's skill, competence and training.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reconciliation.
- Analytical and problem‑solving ability, demonstrated through interpreting data and resolving issues.
- Understanding of regulatory or compliance environments, including basic knowledge of the NEM/NECF, with experience in systems like Gentrack Velocity or SAP viewed favourably.
- Basic understanding of how a solar PV and battery system works, or willingness to learn.
