Our Customer Delivery Group are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team of dedicated professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who thrives in a high performing environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our Canberra community.

Our Customer Service Officers manage customer applications relating to new or existing connections and liaise with teams throughout the business to effect required outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer service experience extending to conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to adapt to new technology
  • Willingness to learn the application of legislation in a utility environment
  • Experience balancing priorities whilst continuing to meet the expectations of our customers
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail focussed approach to all aspects of work

Our ideal candidate:

  • You take active steps to ensure the safety of your colleagues and our community, championing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment
  • Provide resolution for all customer enquiries including investigation, liaising with internal teams and timely provision of responses to customers
  • Providing day-to-day management of reception operations
  • Understand and adhere to regulation that relates to the energy industry
  • Accurate management of data into various Evoenergy systems
