About the role:
In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating training programs, managing resource allocation, and supporting a range of operational learning and development initiatives. You’ll work closely with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the Electrical Worker Competency Framework training, as well as core and mandatory training requirements.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop the annual training schedule for Evoenergy incorporating any works enablement and efficiency targets.
- Track and report on training delivery metrics including contract management, budget, time in training and staff attendance for internally and externally delivered training to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Revise and update, through consultation, all procedures relevant to the delivery of the Electrical Worker Competency Framework training programs, and core and mandatory training requirements.
- Engage with operational areas within the business to coordinate educational programs and provide advice to achieve learning outcomes while minimising business impact
- Engage, develop and maintain the external provision of workplace training and assessment for Evoenergy ensuring the provision of training contracts or agreements
- Other duties within the employee's skill, competence and training.
Our ideal candidate:
- Knowledge and experience of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and ESI industry training framework
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Capability and experience in process development, quality management processes and effective, end to end training development processes.
- Knowledge and experience, or ability to develop skills, using Learning Management System (LMS)
