Market Transactions Business Support Officer
The Market Transactions Business Support Officers will provide proactive administrative support across the Market Transactions Team, analyse data for accuracy and contribute to Evoenergy Distribution’s continual accreditation as a Service Provider in the National Electricity Market (NEM).

Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the teams within the Market Transactions team.
- Interpret and strictly operate in alignment with relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks and requirements.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all NEM Rules, including changes to these laws which are applicable to Evoenergy’s operation.
- Manage dispute resolution and remittance file processing for service orders and metering charges.
- Examine information thoroughly, using data to identify important details and monitor work to ensure accuracy.
