About the role

The Partner Manager is responsible for driving Esri Singapore’s growth through the development and management of strategic partnerships.

This role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and enabling high-performing partners to expand market presence and deliver innovative geospatial solutions.

Working collaboratively with internal teams, the Partner Manager aligns joint business objectives, supports partner success through training and enablement, and leads co-selling and co-marketing initiatives to ensure strong, long-term partner engagement aligned with Esri Singapore’s strategic goals and core values.


Here’s what a typical day will look like:

  • Align partner programs with company GTM strategy, sales objectives, and account roadmap.
  • Define partner complementarity service/solutions: capabilities, target sectors, use cases, and joint value propositions. Ensuring clear positioning and no solution conflict.
  • Identify partnership gaps and growth opportunities to strengthen market offering.
  • Establish and govern RACI models covering sales engagement with partners on opportunity ownership, pre‑sales, delivery, and account management.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Marketing, Customer Success) to support partner initiatives.
  • Design and deliver partner enablement and certification programs across sales, product, technical, and operational areas.
  • Develop and maintain partner sales enablement assets, including co‑sell playbooks, independent sales kits, pricing guidance, competitive positioning, and case studies.
  • Lead joint client engagements such as account planning, sales presentations, demos, executive meetings, and QBRs.
  • Support complex deal cycles and act as escalation point for commercial, operational, and relationship issues.
  • Execute, track, and scale joint GTM initiatives while reviewing partner performance, pipeline contribution, and deal effectiveness.
  • Work with management team to improve the partner program framework, including tiers, engagement models, incentives, onboarding, and performance management

 

About you

To be successful you will need to bring along:

  • 7–10 years’ experience in partner management, alliances, sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs
  • Strong understanding of B2G, B2B sales cycles and GTM strategies
  • Experience creating enablement frameworks, RACI models and SWOT analysis
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in co-selling with system integrators, enterprise software
  • Strategic thinker with operational execution strength
  • Collaborative and influence-based leadership
