About the role
Campaign & GTM Support
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned to Singapore’s business objectives.
- Support the localisation of regional and group marketing campaigns for the Singapore market.
- Develop audience aligned messaging, value propositions, and basic content elements (EDMs, landing pages, social posts).
- Coordinate work with agencies, designers, and digital specialists to deliver campaign assets and marketing outputs.
Sales & Client Success Alignment
- Work closely with Sales and Client Success to ensure marketing activity supports lead generation, acquisition, and customer lifecycle goals.
- Assist in reporting on campaign contribution to sales pipeline and customer engagement metrics.
Digital, Analytics & Reporting
- Support data driven decision making by tracking and reporting key KPIs (awareness, leads, engagement, conversion).
- Maintain campaign performance dashboards in collaboration with the digital team or external agencies.
- Ensure accurate campaign setup and data integrity in CRM and marketing systems.
Collaboration & Internal Engagement
- Work closely with Content, Communications, Events, and Digital teams to coordinate cross functional delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Support social media content collection, planning, and posting as required.
Brand, Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all marketing outputs meet brand, legal, and compliance requirements before launch.
- Coordinate approvals and maintain consistent brand standards across all assets.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Support the planning and delivery of in market events such as seminars, workshops, webinars, roadshows, and industry exhibitions.
- Assist with event logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, registrations, supplier liaison, and project documentation.
- Draft event communications such as invitations, landing pages, speaker briefs, and follow up messaging.
- Support the delivery of the annual flagship ‘GeoInnovation’ events in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Onsite & Virtual Event Delivery
- Provide onsite support including supplier coordination, attendee experience management, and operational assistance.
- Support event setup, AV coordination, run sheets, and speaker or SME requirements.
Event Reporting & Measurement
- Track and evaluate event performance and engagement.
- Prepare post event reports including insights, outcomes, recommendations, and lead follow up requirements.
Supplier & Partner Coordination
- Liaise with event vendors, external partners, and logistics providers.
- Support PR and communications amplification of events when required.
Administrative & Budget Support
- Assist with purchase orders, cost tracking, and event budget management.
- Maintain event calendars, timelines, and project plans.
About you
To be successful you will need to bring along:
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, events, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, events, or a combined marketing communications role.
- Hands on experience delivering multi channel marketing programs and supporting campaign execution.
- Practical experience coordinating events, logistics, supplier management, and onsite delivery.
- Experience working with creative agencies, digital teams, and cross functional internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign reporting processes.
- Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and priorities.
