About the role

• Lead customer engagement and ensure that business requirements like scope, time, budget, and quality expectations are efficiently detailed, while planning, controlling, and managing enterprise projects
• Provide on-time project reporting, proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members to take positive action and accountability for the assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships with stakeholders vital to the success of the project.
• Apply critical thinking and geospatial analysis to help users overcome challenges.
• Contribute to full SDLC including participating in requirements studies, solutioning, development and application support and maintenance.
• Pro-actively staying updated on the latest ArcGIS and relevant technology trends and developments.

About you

To be successful you will need to bring along:

• Tertiary education in fields related to Information Technology, GIS, Geography, or Engineering
• Attained Project Management Professional (PMP), SCRUM, or equivalent accreditation.
• Proven experience leading concurrent projects with direct responsibility for tracking and reporting on key metrics.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects or achieving operational excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of key services operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
• Experience in working with geospatial datasets and data formats (suc as DWG, DGN, BIM, 3DMax and others) will be a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience for enterprise software solution stacks and technologies with strong knowledge in at least one of the following would be an advantage:

1.     Full-stack development: .NET, Python

2.     Web technologies and framework: JavaScript, React, Bootstrap, AngularJS, CSS, HTML, PHP

3.     RDBMS such as SQL Server or Oracle

4.     ArcGIS or other GIS software technology (Preferred)

5.     Native mobile application development experience with iOS and Android

• Able to exercise sound judgment and make timely and effective decisions to achieve outcomes and performance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, projecting confidence and presence.
• Excellent leadership skills. Lead and monitor team performance.
