About the role
The Partner Manager develops and manages a high-performing partner ecosystem to drive growth across key Esri Singapore industry sectors. This role focuses on recruiting and enabling strategic partners, aligning channel and sales initiatives, and executing partner-led sales strategies. Working cross-functionally, the Partner Manager supports partner success, monitors channel performance, and leverages market insights to identify growth opportunities and manage risk.
Key responsibilities are:
- Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the partner ecosystem for key Esri Singapore industry sectors.
- Partner Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular communication, support, and performance reviews.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts. Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Training & Enablement: Collaborate with partner program team and solution engineering to provide partners with the tools, resources, and training necessary to effectively sell and support Esri products and technologies.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor and report on channel sales performance, including revenue forecasts, pipeline development, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and partner needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance, solution engineering, partner program, and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
About you
We are looking for a strategic Partner Manager who combines sales acumen with relationship leadership to unlock partner‑driven growth. You are confident engaging senior stakeholders and translating market opportunity into commercial outcomes.
