About the role

• Represent Esri as the thought leader in understanding and solutioning for various industry domains
• Apply critical thinking and geospatial analysis to help users overcome challenges and achieve business objectives
• Apply our technology on various types of data to uncover patterns, insights and visualize possible solutions
• Build and maintain strong engagement with senior levels and their teams guided by key Esri’s values of Creativity, Integrity, Excellence and Empathy
• Engage deeply with our user organizations to develop a Geospatial masterplan and execution roadmap within their digital transformation strategy to achieve their strategic goals and objectives
• Drive adoption of Esri technology within existing and new user groups through convincing geospatial solutions, design prototyping and well written proposals to address client challenges
• Maintain and develop consistent engagement and value-add to our user organizations with robust solutions and monetized benefits to their organization.

About you

To be successful you will need to bring along:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, GIS, or a related field
• Past experience in solution consulting or technical lead roles in system implementation for large enterprise systems will be advantageous
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to diagnose business problems
• Possess effective presentation and relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate and explain design decisions
• 5 - 7 years of working experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience in ArcGIS technology is preferred
• Experience in the Defence sector is preferred
