About the Role

We offer internships opportunity for you, providing a great platform for you to learn, experience and identify your future career goals!

The key responsibilities include:

• Assist in preparing and executing test cases for web and mobile applications based on project requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing under the guidance of the QA team.
• Document test results clearly and report defects with sufficient detail for investigation and resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify issues and validate fixes.
• Participate in reviewing requirements and user stories to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

About You

You will be successful if you have:  

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts, QA processes, and the software development life cycle.
• Familiarity with test case preparation, defect reporting, or tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and learn testing practices quickly.
• Basic understanding of web technologies, databases, APIs, or scripting is an added advantage.
• Proactive attitude with curiosity to understand system behaviour, user needs, and business requirements.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
