About the Role

The Delivery Service Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery operations. This role is responsible for operational reporting, performance tracking, resource planning, and process improvement to support business growth and delivery excellence.

You will work closely with Delivery Services Leadership, Project Managers, HR, and other stakeholders to manage resource allocation, monitor team utilisation, and support workforce planning across projects and services.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, and proactive, with strong experience in operational management, reporting, and resource planning within a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Build, maintain, and govern high-quality, data-driven reporting across service delivery, including portfolio/project health, resourcing, utilisation, financial performance, and forecasting.
  • Manage and prioritise Group-wide resourcing requests, ensuring optimal allocation based on skills, capacity, availability, and business objectives.
  • Maintain a consolidated, accurate inventory of skills, competencies, and certifications across regions.
  • Conduct regular skills assessments and workforce needs analysis to identify gaps, upskilling opportunities, and future capability requirements.
  • Analyse resourcing performance and utilisation data to optimise allocation, improve efficiency, and address underutilisation or capacity risks.

  About You - Applicants must be local Malaysian to be considered for this role.

You will be successful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s in Geography, Engineering, IT, Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management, project management, or professional services environments, with the ability to effectively manage and optimise enterprise-level workforce planning and allocation.
  • Knowledge with SFIA framework.
  • Experience in designing, building, and maintain business intelligence dashboards in PowerBI, with associated application, modelling, and dataflow management skills.
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on MS Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with the business’s chosen platforms and tools, and where previous experience with ERPs, PSAs, CRMs, and task-based management systems highly regarded.
  • Experience or knowledge in GIS is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
