About the Role

What you'll do:

• Design and implement machine learning models to support predictive analysis in ArcGIS.
• Automate the extraction, classification, and detection of features from geospatial datasets such as satellite and aerial imagery, LiDAR point clouds and Unstructured text data.
• Integrate GeoAI models into GIS workflows.
• Develop custom tools using Python, ArcPy, and deep learning libraries.
• Preprocess large geospatial datasets for training and inference purposes.
• Evaluate and validate model performance; iterate and improve based on feedback.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled GeoAI Specialist to join our team and to develop machine learning models for predictive geospatial analysis within the ArcGIS environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI and data science and will be passionate about applying AI to real-world spatial challenges.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Degree in Geographical Information System/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science or a related discipline
• Working experience of at least 5 years, with a minimum of 3 years working experience in using or modeling using Machine Learning & Deep Learning.
• Strong knowledge in the following areas: Image change detection - Image classification, enhancement, segmentation - Python scripting - Parallel computing for Machine Learning - Raster image analysis
• Familiar with Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) workflows
• Knowledge in Jupyter-notebook is an added advantage
• Knowledge in RBDMS such as SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSql is an added advantage
• Able to work well under pressure while maintaining quality
• Possess good communication skills
• Possess good learning attitude and keen to take on technical challenges
